REFUND POLICY

To ensure consistent program delivery, secure facility rentals, properly schedule staff, and maintain a high standard of coaching, all registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees

All payments are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of participation or attendance. This includes fees paid for:

  • Seasonal registration

  • Training tuition

  • Uniform packages

  • Camps, clinics, and events

Player Withdrawal

If a player withdraws from the program for any reason—including schedule conflicts, loss of interest, or family plans—fees already paid will not be refunded.

  • Withdrawals before the season begins may be eligible for a future credit, at the sole discretion of the academy.

  • Withdrawals after the season begins are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Injuries

In the event of injury:

  • No refunds are issued.

  • A pro-rated credit toward a future program may be considered with medical documentation.

  • All injury-related credit decisions are made at the discretion of the academy.

Weather Cancellations

Youth sports are subject to weather and safety conditions.

  • Sessions canceled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or field closures are not refundable.

  • When possible, the academy will offer a make-up option; however, refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Academy-Initiated Program Changes

Changes made by the academy—including schedule adjustments, coaching assignments, training structure, or training locations within a reasonable distance—do not qualify for refunds.

If the academy cancels an entire season (a rare occurrence), families may receive a partial credit or the option to transfer registration to a future program.

Uniforms & Equipment

All uniform and equipment purchases are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once items are customized or distributed.

  • Families are responsible for confirming correct sizing prior to ordering.

Special Circumstances

Exceptions may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances. Any approved accommodation will be issued as a future program credit and not as a cash refund.

Policy Acknowledgment

All families must review and electronically accept this Refund Policy during registration.

Acceptance of this policy is required for a player to participate in any academy program.
