Our academy is committed to long-term player development and supporting each athlete at every stage of their journey, both on and off the field.

Ages 4–6: Player Development Program

Our Player Development Program is designed for beginner players ages 4 to 6. This stage focuses on:

  • Introducing the fundamentals of soccer

  • Building coordination and confidence

  • Developing basic technical skills

  • Fostering a love for the game in a fun, supportive environment

This program lays the foundation for future progression within the academy.

Ages 7–11: Travel Team Program

From ages 7 to 11, players may progress into our Travel Team Program, our most competitive pathway.

Travel Team players benefit from:

  • Higher-intensity training environments

  • Advanced technical and tactical development

  • Weekly weekend fixtures across all five New York City boroughs

  • Exposure to competitive match play and team accountability

Advanced Training Group (Transitional Pathway)

Between the Player Development Program and the Travel Team level, selected players may be invited to join our Advanced Training Group.

This group is designed as a transitional step to:

  • Refine technical skills

  • Increase game speed and decision-making

  • Prepare players mentally and physically for the higher pace and expectations of Travel Team training by training alongside our team players.

Private Training

Private and small-group training sessions are available for players of all levels, including:

  • Beginner players in the Player Development age range

  • Travel Team players

  • Older players beyond our Travel Team age groups

Progression is based on development, commitment, and readiness, not solely age.

Private sessions are an excellent way to accelerate development, refine specific skills, and receive individualized attention.

Long-Term Development & Professional Pathways

We continue to support our players as they grow, with a strong commitment to providing maximum opportunities for those who wish to pursue a higher-level or professional pathway.

Our academy is proud to have a FIFA-licensed agent as our Academy manager who can assist with player identification and selection opportunities once players reach age 16.

We have also supported players pursuing the college pathway and are happy to provide guidance, recommendations, and references when appropriate.

Our goal is to help each player grow at their own pace while fostering a lifelong love for the game.
