Our academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players, families, coaches, and staff. By enrolling, players and parents agree to uphold the standards outlined below.

Player Expectations

Players are expected to:

  • Attend practices, games, and team events on time and prepared

  • Give their best effort at all times

  • Demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork on and off the field

  • Follow coach instructions, academy rules, and safety guidelines

  • Treat teammates, opponents, referees, and staff with respect

Parent / Guardian Expectations

Parents and guardians are expected to:

  • Ensure timely transportation to and from all practices, games, and events

  • Encourage and support all players, fostering a positive and inclusive environment

  • Refrain from coaching from the sidelines or engaging negatively with referees, opponents, or staff

  • Respect coaching decisions and academy policies

  • Address questions or concerns calmly and privately with academy management

Public or social media confrontations regarding players, coaches, referees, or the academy are not permitted.

Financial Responsibility

  • Families agree to pay all registration fees, tuition, uniform costs, and associated expenses by the deadlines provided

  • Failure to meet financial obligations may result in suspension from training, games, or events until the account is brought current

  • All fees are subject to the academy’s No Refund Policy

Attendance & Participation

  • Repeated unexcused absences or lack of commitment may result in a review of the player’s participation status

  • Families are encouraged to communicate absences in advance whenever possible

Medical Authorization

  • Parents authorize the academy’s coaching staff and representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for their child if necessary

  • Every effort will be made to contact parents or guardians in such situations

  • Families are responsible for providing accurate medical information and emergency contact details

Photo & Video Release

  • By enrolling, families grant permission for photographs and videos of players to be taken during academy activities for use in academy promotions, website content, and social media

  • Families who do not wish for their child’s image to be used must notify the academy in writing

Dispute Resolution

  • All concerns or disputes must be communicated directly to academy management in a respectful and private manner

  • The academy expects all parties to work toward resolution in a professional and constructive way

Academy Representation & Professional Boundaries

  • Parents and guardians may not organize events, activities, fundraisers, themed days, or any initiatives on behalf of the academy without prior written approval from academy management.

  • Parents, players, and coaches must maintain professional boundaries at all times.

  • Unprofessional relationships, conflicts of interest, or any form of player or coach poaching are strictly prohibited.

Payments & Financial Conduct

  • All payments for any FFA-related programs—including training, travel teams, camps, clinics, and private or small-group sessions—must be made directly to the academy through official payment methods.

  • Payments must never be made directly to coaches or staff members.

  • Failure to follow proper payment procedures may result in sanctions, suspension, or termination of participation.

Communication with Coaches

  • Parents should not contact coaches directly for work opportunities, private arrangements, or matters unrelated to academy programming.

  • All requests, inquiries, or concerns must first be directed to academy management, who will coordinate communication as appropriate.

Termination of Participation

  • The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player’s participation for:

    • Failure to adhere to academy policies

    • Repeated unexcused absences

    • Conduct deemed detrimental to other players, staff, or the academy environment

    • Violations of professional boundaries, payment policies, or communication guidelines

  • Parents may withdraw their child from the program at any time with written notice; however, all financial obligations for the current season remain in effect under the No Refund Policy
