FIRST TEAM TRAINING

Our travel team practice consist of intense drills, repetation, game situation tactics, offensive, defensive and game  preparation sentiments.

  • possession 20 minutes
  • coordination, Speed, Strenght, Balance- 10 minutes
  • shadow play, teaching how to play their position on the field- 30 minutes
  • finishing drills how to shoot with proper thechnique, power, and placement of the ball to score- 30 minutes
  • cool down, streaching of the muscle and end of practice relaxation to avoid injuries- 5 minutes
