Our academy practice consist of spending lots of time with the ball, lots of movement to increase our players footwork, and to make sure they are ready for our first team.

  • Ball movement- 10 minutes
  • speed, balance, strength, and agility- 10 minutes
  • passing and dribbling- 20 minutes
  • ball possession drills -20 minutes
  • shooting and finishing drills- 20 minutes
  • cool down  prevents players from injuries- 10 minutes
